Recovery Pool

Stop paying mailbox fees on idle domains.

Park backup, unused, and burned domains in Hypertide’s Recovery Pool at $0 per mailbox. Maintain your core DNS and postmaster routing, then redeploy to Google or Entra the moment you need more outbound volume.

The problem

Idle domains waste money, time or both.

Backup infrastructure, unused domains and burned domains create three different problems. Leaving them alone does not solve any of them.
01 / Backup infrastructure

You are paying for inboxes that generate nothing.

If backup domains are warming, every inbox carries a monthly bill while it sits. You are paying for sending capacity that is not sending and is revenue.
02 / Unused domains

Domains sitting unused are not getting ready to send.

Buying domains in advance only helps if you prepare them. If they stay parked, you lose time. When you need them, you still have to create inboxes and wait for warmup before you can launch.
03 / Burned or retired domains

You paid for a full year. You may only use a few months.

Domains are registered by the year. A client may stop using them or their sending health may decline long before renewal. Abandoning them wastes the registration time you already paid for.
Recovery Pool gives all three somewhere useful to go until you are ready to cold email with them again.
How it works

Add domains to Recovery Pool. Convert them when you are ready to send.

Hypertide creates a postmaster@ inbox and warms each domain inside our exclusive internal warmup pool. When you are ready to cold email, convert the domain to Google or Entra with one click.
01

Add the domain to Hypertide Recovery Pool

Select the domain you want to prepare or recover. Hypertide creates a postmaster@ inbox without requiring paid Google or Entra sending inboxes.
02

Hypertide adds it to our internal warmup pool

The postmaster@ inbox joins Hypertide’s exclusive internal warmup pool so the domain can build or recover its sending reputation.
03

Convert it to Google or Entra when you are ready

One click starts the mailbox order. Delivery follows normal timing, typically 4–6 hours, and the domain leaves Recovery Pool when it goes live.
04

Return retired domains to Recovery Pool

When you stop using a domain, add it back to the pool. Hypertide resumes internal warmup so the domain can recover without paid sending inboxes.

What cold-email operators say about Hypertide.

“Hypertide has completely changed the way we approach deliverability. It's hands-down the most effective tool we've used to keep our domains warm and our emails landing in the inbox. The automation is seamless, and the results speak for themselves. If you're serious about cold email, Hypertide is a must-have.”

“Onboarded a customer that wanted to only target companies with over $5B in revenue and above. Hypertide.io is breaking into their inboxes for us. Usually, I give my whole song and dance about how I don't like doing outbound to really large companies—the TAM is small, it's tough to break through their spam filters. But this company has a really compelling offer with great case studies, so I thought, if anyone can break in, they will.”

“216,900 email accounts. 4,427 domains. Under 3 months. From zero. We brought on Hypertide.io as an infrastructure vendor—within the first week they processed 100+ orders across 135+ client brands: 1,700 domains and 85,000 inboxes, uploaded, warmed, tagged, and connected to multiple sequencers with 24-hour turnaround. Then we migrated 40,000+ inboxes between platforms while keeping campaigns live. Hypertide did it in waves across 3 weeks.”

Your frequently asked questions, Answered.

What actually exists on a domain in the pool?

Hypertide creates a postmaster@ inbox, keeps the domain’s DNS in place and adds the inbox to our exclusive internal warmup pool. No paid Google or Entra sending inboxes are required while the domain is in recovery.

Can I keep sending from a domain while it is in the pool?

No. A domain is either in the recovery pool or active for cold emailing, never both.

Does the pool fix a burned domain?

Hypertide adds the domain to our internal warmup pool to help rebuild its sending reputation. Recovery is not guaranteed, and the time required varies by domain.

What does the estimator leave out?

Domain registration and renewals, sequencer costs and third-party warmup tools. It only estimates standby mailbox fees.

Can I order Entra for a domain that used to be on Google?

Yes. From the pool you choose Google or Entra for the new order.
