The problem

Buying inboxes is the easy part. Configuring every one is not.

A usable cold email setup spans provider admin panels, domains, DNS, authentication, inbox settings, outbound settings, warmup and the final connection toa sending tool.
When those steps are handled manually, one batch can leave with different settings from the next. Teams spend hours checking records, updating warmup, importing inboxes and finding the one account that was missed. Deployment becomes the work instead of the campaign.
How it works

From order to sending tool, one workflow.

Choose Entra or Google and place the order. Hypertide handles the configuration sequence and delivers a consistent, warmup-ready batch.
01
Place the order
Choose Entra or Google, add your domains and select the inbox quantity. The order process takes about five minutes.
02
Provision the infrastructure
Hypertide creates the required tenant, domain and inbox structure for the selected platform.
03
Configure DNS and authentication
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up as part of deployment rather than left for a separate handoff.
04
Apply settings and enable warmup
Inbox, warmup and outbound settings are applied consistently, with warmup turned on before delivery.
05
Upload to the sending tool
The completed inboxes are uploaded directly to your connected sending tool without amanual CSV import.

Customer proof

What cold-email operators say about Hypertide.

“Hypertide has completely changed the way we approach deliverability. It's hands-down the most effective tool we've used to keep our domains warm and our emails landing in the inbox. The automation is seamless, and the results speak for themselves. If you're serious about cold email, Hypertide is a must-have.”

“Onboarded a customer that wanted to only target companies with over $5B in revenue and above. Hypertide.io is breaking into their inboxes for us. Usually, I give my whole song and dance about how I don't like doing outbound to really large companies—the TAM is small, it's tough to break through their spam filters. But this company has a really compelling offer with great case studies, so I thought, if anyone can break in, they will.”

“216,900 email accounts. 4,427 domains. Under 3 months. From zero. We brought on Hypertide.io as an infrastructure vendor—within the first week they processed 100+ orders across 135+ client brands: 1,700 domains and 85,000 inboxes, uploaded, warmed, tagged, and connected to multiple sequencers with 24-hour turnaround. Then we migrated 40,000+ inboxes between platforms while keeping campaigns live. Hypertide did it in waves across 3 weeks.”

“The B2B cold email stack that's working in 2026: Apollo for sourcing, MillionVerifier for validation, Hypertide.io for inbox infrastructure, and Instantly or Smartlead for sending. Get the infrastructure layer right and you can send 20,000+ emails a month that actually land.”

Your frequently asked questions, Answered.

Is Hypertide the sending tool?

No. Hypertide is the infrastructure layer. It provisions and configures the domains, tenants and inboxes, then uploads them to the sending tool you use for campaigns.

Is warmup already turned on when inboxes are delivered?

Yes. Warmup settings are applied and warmup is turned on as part of the deployment workflow.

Which settings are configured?

Deployment includes DNS and authentication, inbox settings, warmup settings and outbound settings. The exact provider-level configuration depends on whether the order is Entra or Google.

Do I have to upload inboxes manually?

No. Completed inboxes are uploaded directly to the connected sending tool as the final deployment step.

How long does deployment take?

Typical delivery is 4–6 hours. Provisioning is not instant, and unusual provider or domain issues can take longer.
