What cold-email operators say about Hypertide.
Your frequently asked questions, Answered.
Does this apply to domains I already own?
Not yet. Today, distribution applies to domains purchased through Hypertide. Support for domains you add yourself is coming soon; until then, user-added domains are not distributed.
Where do the 50% and 25% figures come from?
From our own operations: we compared blacklist incidence on Hypertide managed domains that shared repeated nameservers with domains on thedistributed setup. It is an internal observation, not a published industry benchmark and not a controlled study. Blacklist behaviour varies, and the figures are not a promise for any specific domain.
Will this keep my domains off blacklists?
No provider can promise that. Distribution removes one repeated pattern that blacklist systems track. Sending behaviour, content and list quality still matter, and blacklists do not all behave the same way.
Do I need to change anything in my DNS or sequencer?
No. Nameservers are assigned during provisioning, and enterprise DNS and authentication records are set up on them for you. Your sequencer connects to the inboxes exactly as before.
How is this different from Hypertide Stealth?
Stealth controls website URL forwarding so crawler-style requests do not receive the same destination redirect as real visitors. Distributed nameservers remove the repeated DNS pattern across a batch of domains. They address different signals and work alongside each other.
