What makes Hypertide different from other providers?
Hypertide stands out from other email infrastructure providers because it is fully automated, unlike competitors that rely on virtual assistants or cheap labor to manually configure domains. Hypertide, on the other hand, completes setups in just 4 to 6 hours on average, ensuring you can start sending emails much faster.
Another key difference is our approach to deliverability. Hypertide isolates each domain into its own dedicated tenant and panel, meaning you are never grouped with other users. Many infrastructure providers and resellers bundle multiple users together, making your email reputation susceptible to the actions of others. Is this a private / custom SMTP?
No - Hypertide leverages the best servers Microsoft has to offer, Azure servers. These servers are the same ones used by F500 and F1000 companies. They are normally very sensitive to outbound, but Hypertide has a way around that. We've also added regular Microsoft and Google Workspace accounts to help you diversify and not rely on shady resellers that take 24+ hours to deliver.
What is the difference between Hypertide Entra and the other Azure sellers?
Unlike other Azure resellers, Hypertide Entra gives you a native Outlook UI experience — meaning your inbox looks and behaves exactly like standard Outlook. Most other providers can’t offer that. (Tip: Ask them if their solution gives you native Outlook — they won’t be able to.)
Beyond the UI, Entra consistently outperforms other solutions in stability and deliverability. It’s been shown to deliver 8% better performance, face fewer throttling issues, and maintain higher inbox reputation in warmup pools.
How many inboxes do I get with Hypertide and what's the sending limit?
Each Hypertide order comes with 100 Azure inboxes. You get to pick how you want to divvy up the names between those 100 accounts (50 per domain). After a 2 wk warm up period, each account can send 2 outbound emails, which totals to 5k emails per month across the 100 inboxes.
What kind of results can I expect?
We've extensively tested out Hypertide with lead gen agencies that send several 100k emails per month. Through their testing, we've seen that Hypertide inboxes consistently outperform direct buy and reseller inboxes. If you follow best practices, you can expect that Hypertide inboxes will perform at minimum the same as your existing inboxes while allowing you to send 10x the volume.
What percentage of emails will land in the primary inbox?
Inbox placement varies based on factors like email content, sending reputation, and warmup strategies. While we optimize for high primary inbox placement, no provider can guarantee 100% primary inbox delivery. However, Hypertide has been proven to outperform other platforms, especially for Outlook inbox placement. We also allow you to diversify your infra across Google, Microsoft and Azure which allow you to have the best shot at inbox placement.
What happens if I'm still not getting results?
If your Hypertide inboxes are not performing, then reach out to us. We will do an audit to make sure you're following best practices as listed in our onboarding document. There's a lot more that goes into reply rates than just the inbox infra. With Hypertide you can be assured that your infra is best in class.
What happens if my domain gets burned?
If a domain gets flagged or blocked, you can easily swap it out for a new one within the platform. We also offer domain purchasing within Hypertide to streamline the process.
Can I bring my own domains, or do I have to purchase through Hypertide?
You can do either. Hypertide allows you to purchase domains directly within the platform for convenience, but you can also bring in existing domains.
Can I use Hypertide alongside other infrastructure providers?
Yes, many users run Hypertide in parallel with other email infrastructure tools to diversify their sending strategy and minimize risk.
What sending tools do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with all the major sequencers like Instantly or Smartlead.
Can I trial Hypertide before committing?
We don’t offer free trials, but we do provide flexible month-to-month plans, allowing you to test the platform without long-term commitments. You can also cancel anytime from the web app without needing to contact support.
